A Single-blind, Phase 2, Multi-center, Randomized Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability, Efficacy and Pharmacokinetics of the Relaxin Agonist R2R01 Plus Terlipressin Versus Terlipressin Alone in Patients with Hepatorenal Syndrome – Acute Kidney Injury

This study is looking at a new treatment called R2R01, combined with an existing medicine called Terlipressin, for a serious kidney problem called hepatorenal syndrome - acute kidney injury (HRS-AKI). It aims to see if this combination is safe, works well, and how the body handles the new medicine.
