Efficacy of an anti-TSLP monoclonal antibody in the management of chronic bronchial disease induced by bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells transplantation recipients.
This study looks at a new medicine called Tezspire for people with a severe lung condition called Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome (BOS) after a stem cell transplant. It aims to see if Tezspire can reduce the number of times people have severe breathing problems and stop them needing hospital or strong medicines.

A Randomised, Double-Blind, Parallel-Group, Placebo-Controlled 28-week Phase III Efficacy and Safety Study of Tezepelumab in Reducing Oral Corticosteroid Use in Adults with Oral Corticosteroid Dependent Asthma (SUNRISE)
