A phase 3b, interventional, adaptive, clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tralokinumab 300 mg every second week monotherapy compared with placebo in subjects with moderate-to-severe atopic hand eczema who are candidates for systemic therapy (ADHAND)
This study is looking into a new treatment called tralokinumab for adults with moderate to severe eczema on their hands. It wants to see how well it works and if it's safe compared to a dummy treatment. The goal is to see if the medicine can clear up or significantly improve hand eczema in a few months.
