FILO-AML-01-MIVONU A single arm phase II study investigating the efficacy and safety of the addition of ivosidenib to oral azacitidine (Onureg®) in patients over 55 with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and IDH1 mutation, in complete remission after intensive chemotherapy. A study of the French AML Intergroup.
This study is testing if adding a new drug, ivosidenib, to an existing one, oral azacitidine, can help people over 55 with a specific type of leukaemia (AML with IDH1 mutation) stay well after treatment. It focuses on preventing the cancer from returning.

A phase II, multicentre, open label clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of oral decitabine plus ivosidenib in adult patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia older than 60 years old and/or who are ineligible for standard induction chemotherapy
This study is for older adults, or those unable to have standard chemotherapy, with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia. It tests two new medicines, Tibsovo and Inaqovi, taken as tablets, to see if they are safe and effective at treating the cancer.
