A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-controlled, Event-driven Study to Demonstrate the Efficacy and Safety of Milvexian, an Oral Factor XIa Inhibitor, After a Recent Acute Coronary Syndrome
This study is testing a new medicine called Milvexian for people who have recently had a heart attack or similar heart problem. We want to see if it can prevent future serious heart issues better than existing treatments, with fewer side effects.

RE-DUAL TICLO PCI: Dual Therapy with dabigatran/ticagrelor versus Dual Therapy with dabigatran/clopidogrel in ACS patients with indication for NOAC undergoing PCI.
This study looks at two different ways to combine medicines for people who have had a heart attack and need a procedure to unblock their heart arteries. It aims to find out which combination is safer in terms of causing less bleeding, while still preventing blood clots.
