This study is looking at two common blood-thinning medicines, Tinzaparin and Dalteparin, given to patients in hospitals. Researchers want to see if one is safer regarding serious bleeding or death within 30 days.

PERCUTANEOUS EMBOLECTOMY, LOW DOSE THROMBOLYSIS OR HEPARIN FOR INTERMEDIATE HIGH RISK PULMONARY EMBOLISM
This study is looking at different ways to treat 'intermediate-high risk' pulmonary embolism (PE), which is a blood clot in the lungs. It compares dissolving the clot with medicine or removing it with a small procedure, to standard blood thinners. The goal is to find the best way to help people get better.
