A 6-Month, Randomized, Double-Blind Study to Evaluate the Effect of Dapagliflozin on EChOcardiographic Measures of CarDiac StructurE and Function in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (DECODE-CKD)
This study looks at how a medicine called dapagliflozin affects the heart in people with long-term kidney disease. Researchers want to see if it changes the heart's size and how well it pumps after six months. Half the people will get the medicine, and half will get a dummy pill.
