A Study to See Iftolvaptan is Safe in Infants and Children Who at Enrollment Are 28 Days to Less Than 18 Years Old withAutosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD)

This study is testing a medication called tolvaptan in children aged 28 days to under 18 years who have Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD). The main goal is to see if the medicine is safe. Tolvaptan has shown promise in similar kidney conditions in adults.
