Long-Term Safety and Efficacy Evaluation of Amlitelimab in Participants of Previous Amlitelimab Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Trials
This study looks at a medicine called amlitelimab for moderate to severe eczema in people who've already tried it in other studies. We want to see how safe and effective it is over a long time, and if it continues to help.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Subcutaneous Amlitelimab on Background Topical Corticosteroids Therapy in Participants Aged 12 Years and Older With Moderate-to-severe AD Who Have Had an Inadequate Response to Prior Biologic Therapy or an Oral JAK Inhibitor
This study looks at a new medicine called amlitelimab for people aged 12 and over with moderate-to-severe eczema. These individuals haven't responded well to other common eczema treatments. Researchers want to see if amlitelimab is safe and helps improve their skin when used with their usual steroid creams.
