This study is looking at a new combination of medicines for children and young people with certain types of cancer that have come back or not responded to previous treatments. It aims to find the right dose and see how well the medicines work and if they are safe.

A Phase 3, Multicenter, Open-Label, Randomized Study of Nemvaleukin Alfa in Combination With Pembrolizumab Versus Investigator’s Choice Chemotherapy in Patients With Platinum-Resistant Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer (ARTISTRY-7)
This study is testing a new combination treatment for advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancers that haven't responded to previous chemotherapy. It compares a new drug, nemvaleukin alfa, with an existing cancer drug, pembrolizumab, against standard chemotherapy treatments to see if it helps people live longer.
