This study is looking at a new medicine called Tozorakimab for people with COPD. It aims to see if it can reduce severe flare-ups and if it's safe. Participants will be compared to those taking a dummy medicine.

This study is testing a new medicine, Tozorakimab, for people with severe COPD who often have flare-ups. We want to see if it reduces these flare-ups and is safe to use. Some people will get the new medicine, others a dummy medicine (placebo).

This study is testing a new medicine, tozorakimab, for people with lung disease called COPD. It wants to see if this medicine can help reduce flare-ups of COPD. Some people will get the new medicine, and others will get a dummy medicine, alongside their usual care.
