The influence of tramadol on opioid-induced bowel dysfunction
This study is looking at how a painkiller called tramadol affects stomach and bowel problems caused by other strong painkillers. They want to see if tramadol changes how quickly food moves through your gut, especially in men over 18.

Randomized, multi-center, double-blind, two-armed, parallel active groups, prospective trial, to evaluate, in pediatric population undergoing 'Calcaneo stop' surgery or Inguinal hernia repair, the efficacy and safety of chloroprocaine 1% and 2% for peripheral nerve block based on concentration-response relationships.
This study is looking at how well two different strengths of a medicine called chloroprocaine work to numb pain during common childhood surgeries, like `Calcaneo stop` or hernia repair. We want to find the best and safest dose for children.
