Clinical Randomisation of an Anti-fibrinolytic in Symptomatic Mild Head Injury in Older Adults

This study, called CRASH-4, is looking at a medicine called tranexamic acid (TXA) for older adults who have had a mild head injury. It wants to see if giving TXA reduces serious problems like bleeding in the brain, long-term disability, thinking problems, and death.
