Effectiveness of Group EFT for Transdiagnostic Eating Disorders/Difficulties Within Student Counselling Services.
This study looks at how well group therapy called Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) works for students with eating problems at university counselling services. We want to see if it's a good way to help students feel better and improve their mental health.

Online Imaginal Exposure Therapy for Eating Disorders Trial
This study looks at an online therapy called Imaginal Exposure (IE) for adults with Anorexia Nervosa on an NHS waiting list. It aims to see if IE can help reduce eating disorder symptoms and increase weight, compared to standard care.
