A randomized, open label, multicenter phase II/III trial of sacituzumab govitecan compared to standard of care in metastatic, refractory colorectal cancer patients (TROPHIT1)
This study is looking at a new treatment called sacituzumab govitecan for bowel cancer that has spread and isn't responding to other treatments. It compares this new drug to standard treatments to see which works best at stopping the cancer from growing.

A Phase 3 study of MK-4280A (coformulated favezelimab [MK-4280] plus pembrolizumab [MK-3475]) Versus Standard of Care in Previously Treated Metastatic PD-L1 positive Colorectal Cancer (KEYFORM-007)
This study looks at a new drug combination, MK-4280A, for bowel cancer that has spread and has been treated before. It compares this new treatment to standard care to see if it helps people live longer and improves their quality of life.
