This study is looking at a medicine called Triumeq for people with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Motor Neuron Disease. Researchers want to see if Triumeq can help people live longer and improve their daily lives. We are comparing it to a dummy pill to see how well it works.
