Acceptability and Feasibility of a Brief Paranoia Intervention.
This study looks at a new talking therapy called TRUST for young people (16-18) experiencing paranoia. It aims to see if the therapy works well and is helpful when offered through CAMHS, focusing on what matters most to them and using positive imagination.

TReating Unhelpful Suspicious Thoughts in Adolescents (TRUST): a School-based Case Series
This study, called TRUST, is looking at a new six-session programme for teenagers aged 16-19 in schools. It aims to see if this programme helps with suspicious thoughts, also known as paranoia, and if it's a good fit for young people.
