"H3RAKLES": Tucatinib and trastuzumab in HER3-mutant and HER2-not amplified metastatic breast cancer
This study, called 'H3RAKLES', is testing new ways to treat a specific type of advanced breast cancer. It combines two medicines, Tucatinib and Trastuzumab, for patients whose cancer has a particular gene change (HER3-mutant) and is not HER2-amplified. We want to see how well this combination works.
