Tusamitamab ravtansine clinical trials

Open-label, Phase 2 study of tusamitamab ravtansine (SAR408701) combined with pembrolizumab and tusamitamab ravtansine (SAR408701) combined with pembrolizumab and platinum-based chemotherapy with or without pemetrexed in patients with CEACAM5-positive expression advanced/metastatic nonsquamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSQ NSCLC)

This study is testing new combinations of medicines for a type of advanced lung cancer. It combines an experimental drug (tusamitamab ravtansine) with existing treatments like pembrolizumab (Keytruda) and chemotherapy to see how safe and effective they are. It's for adults whose cancer has a specific marker called CEACAM5.
