Evaluation of the efficacy of topical treatment with budesonide in children with Crohn's disease located in the esophagus and/or stomach and/or duodenum - BETHESDa
This study, called BETHESDa, is looking into how well a medicine called budesonide works for children with Crohn's disease that affects their food pipe, stomach, or the first part of their small bowel. They're checking if it can make visible signs of the disease disappear.

SABINE - The efficacy and Safety of delayed-release Budesonide in children with primary IgA nephropathy - a multicenter, interventional phase III, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study.
This study looks at a new way to treat a kidney condition called IgA nephropathy in children. It compares a special medicine (budesonide) with a dummy medicine (placebo) to see if it can help reduce protein in the urine and is safe.
