Study to Assess Change in Disease Activity and Adverse Events of Oral Upadacitinib Compared to Subcutaneous Adalimumab in Adult Participants With Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis
This study looks at two medicines, upadacitinib and adalimumab, for adults with moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). It checks how safe and effective they are. Upadacitinib is a pill, and adalimumab is an injection. This helps us understand which treatment works best.

A Phase 3 Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind Program to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Upadacitinib in Adult Subjects with Axial Spondyloarthritis Followed by a Remission-Withdrawal Period
This study is testing a new medicine, Upadacitinib, for adults with a type of arthritis called axial spondyloarthritis. It's comparing the medicine to a dummy pill to see if it helps reduce pain and stiffness, and if it's safe to use.
