Vaccinia Immunoglobulin Intravenous (Human) [VIGIV] clinical trials

A Phase I/IIa study of intra-tumoral BT-001 (TG6030) administered alone, and in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with cutaneous or, subcutaneous lesions or, easily injectable lymph nodes of metastatic/advanced solid tumors.

This study is testing new treatments for certain advanced cancers that have spread. We are looking at a drug called BT-001, given by itself or with pembrolizumab (a type of immunotherapy). The aim is to see if these treatments are safe and if they can control the cancer.
