A Multicentre, Open-Label Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability and Efficacy of MaaT013 in Ruxolitinib-Refractory or Intolerant Paediatric and Adolescent participants with Gastrointestinal Acute Graft-versus-Host Disease

This study looks at a new treatment called MaaT013 for children and teenagers with a gut condition called Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD). We want to see how safe and effective it is, especially when other treatments haven't worked or caused problems.
