A Phase 3 Multicenter, Randomized, Openlabel, Active-controlled Study of Sotorasib and Panitumumab Versus Investigator’s Choice (Trifluridine and Tipiracil, or Regorafenib) for the Treatment of Previously Treated Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Subjects with KRAS p.G12C Mutation
This study looks at new treatments for bowel cancer that has spread and has a specific gene change (KRAS p.G12C mutation). It compares a new drug combination (sotorasib and panitumumab) with standard treatments to see which works best and is safest.

This study is looking at a new way to treat bowel cancer that has spread. It combines existing medications, panitumumab and FOLFOX, using a 'stop-and-go' approach. The aim is to see how long the treatment keeps the cancer under control before it grows again, for patients without a specific gene change (RAS mutation).
