Study of Ibrutinib + CD20 Antibody and Venetoclax in Patients With Untreated Mantle Cell Lymphoma

This study looks at new drug combinations for untreated Mantle Cell Lymphoma in people aged 18-79. It compares two approaches: one with Ibrutinib and a CD20 antibody, and another adding Venetoclax, to see how well they work.
