Venetoclax 400 clinical trials

Ivosidenib and Azacitidine With or Without Venetoclax in Adult Patients With Newly Diagnosed IDH1-Mutated AML or MDS/AML Considered Ineligible for Intensive Chemotherapy

This study looks at a new way to treat a specific type of leukaemia (AML) with a gene change called IDH1. It adds a drug called venetoclax to standard treatment (ivosidenib and azacitidine) to see if it works better. It's for patients who can't have strong chemotherapy.
