DAREON®-NEC-1: A Study in People With Advanced Extrapulmonary Neuroendocrine Cancer to Compare Obrixtamig Plus Carboplatin and Etoposide Treatment With Standard Chemotherapy

This study for advanced neuroendocrine cancer compares a new drug called obrixtamig with standard chemotherapy. It aims to see if adding obrixtamig helps people live longer and also tests a new device to measure a cancer marker.
