This study is testing a new medicine, Verekitug, for people with long-term stuffy nose and nasal polyps, which are soft growths inside the nose. We want to see if it helps reduce polyps and other symptoms.

A Phase 2, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Multi-center, Dose-ranging Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Verekitug (UPB-101) in Adult Participants with Severe Asthma (VALIANT)
This study is testing a new medicine, Verekitug, for adults with severe asthma. We want to see if it can reduce severe asthma attacks and improve breathing over 60 weeks. Some people will get the medicine, others a dummy treatment, to see how well it works and if it's safe.
