Phase I/II combination umbrella trial in progressive/relapsed/refractory pediatric low-grade glioma (pLGG) (EPILOGUE)
This study is looking into new combination treatments for children and young people with a type of brain tumour called low-grade glioma that has come back or is getting worse. It's testing if combining existing medicines is safe and helps shrink the tumour.

A Randomized, Open-label, Phase 3 Trial of A+AVD Versus ABVD as Frontline Therapy in Patients With Advanced Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma
This study looks at a new combination of medicines (A+AVD) compared to a standard treatment (ABVD) for advanced Hodgkin Lymphoma. It aims to see if the new combination can better control the cancer and help people live longer.
