This study is looking at a new combination medicine for sudden, moderate to severe lower back pain. It compares a mix of two drugs, Diclofenac and Thiocolchicoside, given as an injection, to Diclofenac on its own. Researchers want to see which is better at reducing pain and if it's well-tolerated.
