Promoting Increased Physical Activity in Hospitalised Older Adults

This study looks at whether trained volunteers can help older hospital patients stay active. Being in hospital can make older people weaker, and this study hopes to find out if simple exercises led by volunteers can help prevent this and make a real difference to their recovery.
