A Study of Long-term Safety and Efficacy of VX-670 in Participants With Myotonic Dystrophy Type I
This study is looking at how safe and effective a new medicine called VX-670 is for people with Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1 over a long time. It only includes people who have already been in another study for this medicine.

A Phase 1/2 Study of VX-670 in Adult Participants With Myotonic Dystrophy 1 (DM1)
This study is looking at a new medicine called VX-670 for Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1 (DM1). Researchers want to see if it's safe, how the body handles it, and if it works for people aged 18-64. Some participants will receive the medicine, others a placebo.
