Interventional, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study of add-on eptinezumab treatment to brief education intervention, for the preventive treatment of migraine in patients with a dual diagnosis of migraine and Medication Overuse Headache.
This study looks at a medicine called VYEPTI for people who get frequent migraines and also over-use headache pain relievers. It compares VYEPTI plus headache education to a dummy treatment plus education, to see if VYEPTI helps reduce headache days.

Interventional, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study to evaluate efficacy and safety of eptinezumab for the preventive treatment of migraine
This study looks at a new medicine called VYEPTI for people with long-lasting migraine. It compares VYEPTI to a dummy treatment to see if it reduces migraine days and is safe. The main goal is to find out how much VYEPTI can lower the number of migraine days over 12 weeks.
