A Phase 1, Randomized, Observer-blind, Placebo-controlled, Age De-escalation Study of the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of mRNA-1345 and mRNA-1365 in Participants Aged 5 months to < 24 months
This study is looking at how safe new vaccines are for babies aged 5 to 23 months. It's testing two different vaccines (mRNA-1345 and mRNA-1365) to see if they help protect against chest infections, like those caused by RSV. Scientists are checking for any side effects and how well the vaccines boost the babies' immune systems.

A Phase II, Randomized, Partially Blinded Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability and Immunogenicity of Meningococcal Combined ABCWY Vaccine when Administered to Healthy Infants
This study is testing a new vaccine that aims to protect babies from serious illnesses like meningitis. The main goals are to see if it's safe, how well babies tolerate it, and if it helps their bodies build protection against these infections.

A parallel-group, prevention, Phase III, modified double-blind, 2-arm, study to investigate the immunogenicity and describe the safety of a quadrivalent meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MenACYW conjugate vaccine) compared with Nimenrix® when administered in a 1+1 schedule in healthy infants and toddlers at 6 and 12 months of age
This study is looking at a new vaccine to protect babies and young children from meningococcal disease. We are comparing how well this new vaccine works and its safety compared to a current vaccine, Nimenrix, in healthy infants and toddlers in the UK.

EarLy extra Measles immunisation during a measles Outbreak (ELMO)
This study looks at how well babies are protected from measles when they get their first measles vaccine (MMR-0) earlier than usual during a measles outbreak. Researchers will check their immunity levels and monitor for any side effects.

A Phase 1b/2, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Investigate A) the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of Multiple Ascending Doses of IM-101 in Adult Participants with Generalized Myasthenia Gravis, and B) the Efficacy and Safety of Treatment of IM-101 in Adult Participants with Generalized Myasthenia Gravis and Ocular Myasthenia Gravis
This study is testing a new medicine, IM-101, for adults with Myasthenia Gravis (MG). It's looking at how safe it is and how well it works to improve symptoms of generalized and ocular MG.
