Pavlik Harness Treatment vs Monitoring for Treatment of Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) in Babies Diagnosed With Graf Type 2 Hips

This study looks at treating hip problems in babies. We're comparing using a special harness (Pavlik harness) with carefully watching to see if the hip gets better on its own. The aim is to see if all babies really need the harness for certain types of hip issues.
