Thiamine against chronic rheumatoid arthritis fatigue
This study looks at whether a high dose of vitamin B1 (thiamine) can help reduce tiredness in people with rheumatoid arthritis. We want to see if fatigue levels change after four weeks of treatment.

This study looks at a new medicine called Romiplostim for people with certain cancers who are having chemotherapy. It aims to see if Romiplostim can help prevent low platelet counts, which are tiny blood cells important for stopping bleeding, caused by chemotherapy.

This study is testing a new medicine, Mitapivat, for people with sickle cell disease. It aims to see if the medicine can help increase healthy red blood cells and reduce painful crises. Some people will receive the medicine, and others a dummy pill, to compare effects.

This study looks at whether a steroid tablet can help professional voice users recover faster from sudden laryngitis (losing your voice). Doctors want to see if it shortens how long they have voice problems and if it helps reduce swelling in their voice box.
