MelmarT Melanoma Margins Trial Investigating 1cm v 2cm Wide Excision Margins for Primary Cutaneous Melanoma
This study is looking at whether removing skin cancer (melanoma) with a slightly smaller edge of healthy skin (1cm instead of 2cm) is just as safe. It aims to see if this smaller cut can improve a patient's quality of life without increasing the chance of the cancer coming back.

Melanoma Margins Trial-II: 1cm v 2cm Wide Surgical Excision Margins for AJCC Stage II Primary Cutaneous Melanoma
This study compares two ways to remove stage II melanoma, using different-sized safety borders (1cm vs. 2cm). It aims to see if a smaller border is just as safe and improves quality of life, without increasing the chance of cancer returning.
