Stabilization of vulnerable atherosclerotic carotid plaques by Rivaroxaban as evaluated by 3D contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS)
This study looks at whether a medicine called rivaroxaban can help stabilise fatty plaques in the neck arteries of people with existing circulation problems. Researchers are using special ultrasound scans to see if the medicine makes these plaques less likely to cause strokes or other serious issues.
