TSPO Occupancy in the Human Lung
This study looks at how a new drug, XBD173, affects the lungs in healthy people. We want to find out how much of the drug is needed in the body to make a specific protein, TSPO, active in the lungs, and if food changes this.

Targeting 18kDa Translocator Protein (TSPO) to Improve Brain Endothelial Cell Function in Cerebral Small Vessel Disease
This study looks at a new drug, XBD173, for Cerebral Small Vessel Disease (cSVD). We want to see if it can improve how blood vessels in the brain work and get enough blood where it's needed, by affecting a protein called TSPO.

Validation of the 18 kiloDalton Translocator Protein (TSPO) as a Novel Neuroimmunodulatory Target
This study looks at new ways to treat multiple sclerosis (MS) by targeting a protein called TSPO. We're testing two drugs, XBD173 and Etifoxine, to see if they can reduce harmful immune activity in people with secondary progressive MS and in healthy volunteers.
