Randomized, multicentre phase II trial of the sequencing of Radium-223 and Docetaxel plus prednisone in symptomatic bone-only metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC)
This study is looking at how best to give two common treatments, Radium-223 and Docetaxel, for prostate cancer that has spread to the bones. It compares different ways of giving these treatments to see which works best for improving quality of life and managing pain.

DUET-study: A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF 177LU-PSMA RADIOLIGAND THERAPY ALTERNATED WITH RADIUM-223 IN PATIENTS WITH BONE-METASTATIC, OLIGO-METASTATIC HORMONE-SENSITIVE PROSTATE CANCER AFTER CURATIVE THERAPY.
This study looks at a new way to treat prostate cancer that has spread to the bones. It combines two types of radiation treatment, Lutetium-177 PSMA and Radium-223, given one after the other. We want to see if this treatment is safe and practical for men after their initial cancer treatment.
