Prospective, open-label study to analyze the efficacy and safety of low-dose oral immunotherapy in children with severe IgE-mediated cow's milk allergy treated with omalizumab. ILO study.
This study is looking at a new way to treat children with a severe cow's milk allergy. It combines a special medicine called Xolair with small, increasing amounts of cow's milk to see if it can help children safely eat milk products.

Therapheutic optimization of omalizumab in allergic severe asthma patients by dose and frequency of administration adjustment
This study is looking at whether adults with severe allergic asthma can take a lower dose of their Xolair (omalizumab) medication and still control their asthma well. Researchers want to see if a 50% dose reduction keeps asthma stable, improves quality of life, and maintains lung function.
