“A randomized phase II trial to evaluate the antitumor activity of Enzalutamide and Talazoparib (PF-06944076) for the treatment of metastatic hormone-naïve prostate cancer”
This study is testing new treatments for prostate cancer that has spread and hasn't been treated with hormone therapy before. It compares two drugs, Talzenna and Xtandi, to see how well they shrink the cancer and stop it from growing, focusing on a blood test called PSA.

CYPENZA - A prospective cohort trial on antiandrogens influences on the pharmacokinetics of corticosteroids.
This study looks at how medicines for prostate cancer (antiandrogens like enzalutamide or apalutamide) might change how a steroid medicine (dexamethasone) works in the body. We want to see if these cancer drugs affect the amount of dexamethasone in your blood.
