Photobiomodulation in Dry Age Related Macular Degeneration

This study is looking at whether yellow and red light treatment can help people with dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Researchers want to see if this light therapy can reduce deposits in the eye and improve vision. Participants will either receive the light treatment or a dummy treatment.
