Study of Zanzalintinib (XL092) + Pembrolizumab vs Pembrolizumab in Subjects With PD-L1 Positive Recurrent or Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This study is for people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread and can't be cured by usual treatments. It compares a new drug, zanzalintinib, combined with pembrolizumab, against pembrolizumab alone, to see if the new combination works better.
