Zelenectide pevedotin clinical trials

Study BT8009-230 in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Cancer (Duravelo-2)

This study is testing new treatments for advanced bladder cancer. It compares a new drug, zelenectide pevedotin, alone and with pembrolizumab, against standard chemotherapy. We want to see how well these treatments work and if they are safe for people with bladder cancer that has spread.
