Evaluating the efficacy and safety of hyperbaric oxygen therapy as an adjuvant treatment compared to biologic therapy alone in moderate to severe ulcerative colitis in adults
This study is looking at a new way to treat severe ulcerative colitis. It tests if adding oxygen therapy to existing biologic medicines works better than biologics alone to reduce symptoms like diarrhoea and blood in your poo, and improve gut healing.

Fecal microbiota transplantation in patients receiving infliximab and vedolizumab for ulcerative colitis: A randomized controlled trial
This study looks at how well a treatment called faecal microbiota transplant (FMT) works with other medicines (infliximab and vedolizumab) for people with ulcerative colitis. The aim is to see if this combination helps people feel better and stay in remission without needing steroids.
