Study to Investigate Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of Zibotentan/Dapagliflozin Compared to Dapagliflozin in Participants With Chronic Kidney Disease and High Proteinuria (ZENITH High Proteinuria)

This study is looking into a new combination treatment (Zibotentan/Dapagliflozin) for chronic kidney disease with high protein levels in the urine. It compares this combination with an existing treatment (Dapagliflozin) to see if it's more effective and safe.
