A Phase 1 Trial of ZN-A-1041 Enteric Capsules or Combination in Participants With Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-Positive Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new medicine, ZN-A-1041, for people with advanced cancers that have a specific marker called HER2. It will look at how safe and effective ZN-A-1041 is, both alone and with other usual treatments, for solid tumours including breast cancer.
