Zimmer® Natural Nail® (ZNN) Bactiguard Tibia Post-Market Clinical Follow-up Study

This study compares a new protective coating on metal pins (ZNN Bactiguard) used to fix broken shin bones (tibial fractures) against standard pins. The main aim is to see if the new coating reduces infections after surgery in adults.
