A Study of Lazertinib With Subcutaneous Amivantamab Compared With Intravenous Amivantamab in Participants With Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR)-Mutated Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
This study is comparing two ways of giving a medicine called amivantamab for advanced lung cancer. One is through a drip, and the other is a new injection under the skin. We want to see if the injection is easier and quicker for patients.

A Phase III Study of Ceralasertib Plus Durvalumab Versus Docetaxel in Patients With Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Whose Disease Progressed On or After Prior Anti PD (L)1 Therapy And Platinum Based Chemotherapy
This study looks at a new combination of drugs, ceralasertib and durvalumab, for people with advanced lung cancer that has grown after previous treatments. It compares this new combination to a standard chemotherapy drug, docetaxel, to see which works better and is safer.

Randomized, Open-Label, Phase 3 Clinical Trial of N-803 Plus Tislelizumab and Docetaxel Versus Docetaxel Monotherapy in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer who Have Acquired Resistance to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy
This study looks at new treatments for advanced lung cancer that has become resistant to previous immune-boosting therapies. It compares a combination of N-803, tislelizumab, and docetaxel against docetaxel alone, aiming to see if the combination helps people live longer.

A Multicenter, Randomized, Open-Label, Phase 1b/2 Trial of Valemetostat Tosylate Plus Pembrolizumab vs Pembrolizumab Alone in Participants with Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer whose Tumors Express PD-L1 with Tumor Proportion Score ≥50% Without Actionable Genomic Alterations
This study looks at a new drug, Valemetostat Tosylate, combined with Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) for advanced lung cancer. It compares this combination to Keytruda alone in people whose cancer has a specific marker and hasn't spread to other parts of the body.
Spain · France · Italy - ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
